· Provide all operatives working through our organisation with our 'Workers Guide to Health and Safety'.
· Obtain CSCS registration numbers for all of our longer-term workers.
· Send a CSCS application pack to all workers once we have gained their registration number.
· Work through the various stages of the registration process with workers, helping and encouraging them at every stage until full certificates are received.
· Have our own CSCS testing centres at some of our regional offices for the use of both workers and clients.
· Are extending the scheme to cover not only our longer-term workers but even those that will only be working through us on a very short-term basis.
· Put all of our own consultants through the CITB Health and Safety test.
